Restless leg syndrome (RLS) is a neurological disorder characterized by an irresistible urge to move the legs, often accompanied by uncomfortable sensations such as tingling or itching. Numbness in the legs and feet is a loss of sensation that can make these areas feel tingly, weak, or completely devoid of feeling.
